When the project contains the forecast of actions in the sea or in the maritime-terrestrial zone, it must include a basic study of the coastal dynamics referring to the corresponding coastal physiographic unit and of the effects of the planned actions, in accordance with the provisions of article 93 of these regulations (article 44.3 of Law 22/1988, of July 28).
